Do I need to setup an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating a Cair account allows you to track your orders, save your favourite chairs, and check out faster next time.
How long will it take to get my orders?
Delivery times vary by location. Most orders within Ireland arrive within 5-7 working days. Overseas deliveries may take slightly longer. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your chair. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase within 30 days for a refund or exchange, provided it’s in its original condition and packaging.
