Refund policy

At MyCair, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns in accordance with EU consumer rights.

Cancellation / Cooling-Off Period
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods. To cancel, please contact us at info@cair.ie with your order details.

Return Conditions
Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is in its original packaging and undamaged.

  • The item has not been assembled or used.

  • All parts, accessories, and documentation are included.

You may open the packaging for a visual check, but the inner packaging and components must remain intact.

How to Return an Item
To return a product, contact us at info@cair.ie to receive instructions. Items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted. All returns are processed through our European logistics partner.

Shipping Costs for Returns
Unless the product is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our conditions, your refund will be issued within 14 calendar days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours at info@cair.ie, including a brief description and a photo. We will review your claim and offer a suitable solution.
