Shipping policy

1. General

At Cair, we strive to ensure that your orders are delivered as quickly and efficiently as possible. We only ship in Europe and delivery times typically range from 4-9 working days, depending on stock availability and delivery location. For special order items or products not currently in stock, delivery may take an additional 2-3 working days. In the event that an item is out of stock and cannot be fulfilled immediately, our team will contact you to discuss whether you would prefer to wait for the item to be restocked or receive a refund.

You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched, which will include an expected delivery date. Upon receipt of your order, you will be required to sign for the goods to confirm they have been received in good condition. Please inspect your items before signing, especially if the packaging appears damaged. If you are unable to check the contents at the time of delivery, please sign the parcel as ‘Unchecked’. Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims.

You have 14 working days from receipt of goods to request a return on any items from your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Any damages should be reported within 24 hours of receiving your goods. We recommend that you inspect all items as soon as they arrive. Claims for unwanted or damaged goods cannot be accepted outside this period.

2. Shipping Fees

  • Ireland: Free shipping on orders.

For customers located outside of Ireland, please contact us directly to place an order. Delivery rates for worldwide shipping will vary depending on the destination and weight of the items.

3. Clearance Items

Items purchased from our clearance section are final sale: no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted. Clearance items are typically shipped within 3-7 working days, and free shipping is available for Irish orders.
